So this is my dilemma:
I need to build a following on Soundcloud, Mixcloud, etc. if I’m going to get the attention of venue bookers, labels, managers, etc.
The ONLY way to do that is to post tracks— for free —on Soundcloud, get them on Spotify, etc.
However… I’ve been giving you guys exclusive access to anything that isn’t released on an actual CD for years now (with a few rare exceptions).
I absolutely NEED to start releasing regular dance tracks on Soundcloud if I’m going to get anywhere… but I don’t want to shortchange my favorite people on planet Earth (and some of you on other planets, of course, you know who you are).
What are your thoughts?
